Due to the nature of personal-care products, returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaked product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product delivered is not as described.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Please share the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos or videos clearly showing the issue
  • Photos of the outer packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Arrange a free replacement, or
  • Provide store credit

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval.

❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
